Google shopping campaign image issues on shopify

I am trying to set up a google shopify campaign however the google merchant centre will not allow this as my images are placed like this: 

https://www.designknb.com/products/kids-bunk-bed?variant=37355720605870

but they are meant to be in this format:

https://www.example.com/image1.jpg

I save them normally in my folder and add them into my product page but the page turns them into this long name with the numbers at the end.

Can anyone help with this issue? there is no point changing all my product names on  my images as it would not solve the problem and don't really know how to move forward and I cannot start my google shopping campaign because of this.

Yes that is the link you will get

You will have to either scrap or use api to get the image links

What do you mean by API? Does this require an app?

Is this a one time thing that has to be installed for it to run?

Is this only on some themes?
