You can edit the CSS controlling the logo size. Without knowing the url I can't inspect it, but if you're using Chrome you can right click the logo, then click "inspect", then that will open dev tools so you can identify the CSS class you need to override to adjust the size.
I just had the same issue. Found the solution here:
Click - Online Store>Themes>Actions>Edit Code>
Then under Sections>header.liquid - search for this bit of code, the pixel size line was at line 117 for me.

It was at 200 x 100, I changed mine to 400x800
I'm having trouble making these changes myself using the direction here. I don't see the specific code language that you're instructing to alter here. Are there any other ways to change the logo size? Or something more specific I should be looking for?
When I right click on the logo, the info that comes up says that it's 199x42px, so it definitely needs to be changed, right?
