Hamburger and Menu Text on Brooklyn Theme

Good day!

I am looking to add text to the hamburger on my Brooklyn page (www.quayessentials.com) Letmein1 (password to view the page).

I have tried to use the code I saw on the 2014 threads but it has not worked yet:-

You may try opening your index.liquid Template and header.liquid Section, look for the following code:

<span class="icon icon-hamburger" aria-hidden="true"></span>
<span class="icon__fallback-text">{{ 'layout.navigation.menu' | t }}</span>

and remove the class="icon__fallback-text" from the second line.

and also:-

1. In yoour Shopify Admin open Online Store -> Themes

2. Under the Current Theme section click Actions -> Edit code

3. Using search bar in the Code Editor search for theme.scss.liquid file

4. Add the following code to the end of that file:

#ToggleMobileMenu {
    margin-top: 30px;
}
#ToggleMobileMenu:before {
    content: "Menu";
    position: relative;
    top: -25px;
    left: -8px;
}

 If there is any other way that you can see this working I would really appreciate it as the hamburger icon doesn't show up with my backing theme.

Thanks a lot!

You want to have both the burger and text ?!

Because I see that there's already written MENU...
