Have 2 collections lists each with different 'Shop For' name -- Supply Theme

Hi, I'm working in Supply theme. On the home page, I have 2 collection lists each with the title "Shop for". Is it possible to keep one with the title "Shop for" and change the other one to the title "Shop for Other Stuff"?
