Having trouble styling underline color for links with CSS

I have been trying to modify one of our pages. Everything is going according to how I want it to except the underline for links. I can add an additional underline and that shows up correctly, but I am unable to remove the previous underline, or even color it.

{% if page.template_suffix == 'services' %}
	<style type="text/css">
	.content-for-layout{
		background-image: url("https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0471/5695/3241/files/background-1462755_1920.jpg?v=1600617170");
        background-repeat: no-repeat;
        background-size: 100% 100%;
        font-family: "amaticscb";
        font-size: 25px;
        color: white;
	}

	h1.section-header__title {
      color: white;
      font-family: "amaticscb";
    }

    .rte h1,
    .rte h2,
    .rte h3,
    .rte h4,
    .rte h5,
    .rte h6
      {
	  color: white;
	}
      .rte a,
      .rte-setting a,
      .text-link{
	  color: white !important;
      text-decoration: none !important;
	}

      a:link {
  color: white;
}

a:visited {
  color: white;
}

a:hover {
  color: white;
}

a:active {
  color: white;
}
	</style>
 {% endif %}

As you can see, I've tried to force it to become white and have been unsuccessful with different variations of styling. Anyone got a clue? Every other link is formatted correctly except this one:
