Help Customizing Brooklyn Theme

Hi, newbie here.. I’d like to do the following customizations to my Brooklyn theme shop:

- Add a second collection to the shop page. 
-Add a section for words at the top of the shop page.
-Add an image to the top of the contact page.

- Is there any way to have two logos.. one that only applies to the home page header and a different one for the rest of the pages(on the header)?
