Help! Products are Ghosts on Collection Pages

Hello, 

Here is a preview link to our website. On our collection pages, the products aren't showing even though it says "Showing 22 of 22 products" AND when I click on the blank space it will lead me to a product page. I am not sure what is going on?

Also I don't know if I need to make a separate post for this but I am using the Icon theme and cannot figure out how to add space above the page title on the Contact form page. I have tried a few codes I have found on this forum and none have worked for me but I am sure it is probably simple.

Hi @wildrosebotanic 

I saw your website preview link. I went to the navigation menu. I click soap under the shop menu I don't see any products on collection as well as product details page 

Have you uploaded the products. Have you setted up the complete website or you have just completed the theme design 

Let me know if you need further help in completing it uploading the products.

Also the footer menu is not working correctly.
