Help editing the message for an empty tag in a collection?

Hello,

I have an issue with an empty tag, I would like to remove an out of season product but when i do the tag becomes empty and appaears an out of date message.

I have edited this message in the past as seen below, I have absolutely no idea how to do it again.

Any help would be much appreciated! Layout is Pop
