Help on Shopify Simple theme

i need an idea on how i can make sub collections on shopify using SIMPLE themes

in shopify you have 2 lever structure like you can create collections and its product,

You can add menu with multilevel as you want by just drag menu in navigation section.

You just create collection and assign product to each collection but can not do like

Clothe->Man->Jeans 

But you can show this structure in menu like main menu "Clothe" under it "Man" and then "jeans" by Navigation,but when user click on any collection that show all product of this collection direct cant show sub collection like (Man,woman etc for that you need custom development)
