Help with search results grid for Flex theme

Hello! Does anyone know how to make it so that my product images are not being blown up and cropped like this? (see below)

I need them all to be the same height but don't know how to code it that way... help!

No, they are probably all different (they have white backgrounds so it doesn't really matter)

The best way to do this is recrop all these image to a unified size, the pictures will then align automatically. Better not to handle this with code!
