Ho To set row height for items in my store?

Hello,

So here is my issue: store was settled up by another person, before i got on board. Images for products were uploaded all different sizes, and as a result page is being displayed weirdly (see screenshot below). I need a fast way to fix this, got 9k items in store - physically can't resize each and every image. As i understand it should be a way to set row height somewhere in .css files of similar solution. Didn't find nothing in theme settings though. Any help will be appreciated.
