Hover menu on Debut theme along with the ability to click the top menu option to open the link

Hi all,

I would like a hover menu added to my debut theme can you help?

I would also like the ability to double click to open everything with the sub-menus e.g. click e-liquids it opens all liquids ( I have attached the link with navigation but do not get the option)  So simply I would like dropdown but also option to double click.

the theme your using doesn't provide this option, and I recommend you to use any other theme which has this theme and suitable for your products

I understand this but the other themes don't offer other things I need for this theme.

I may have to hire a developer to play with the code
