How To Add Checkout total Savings?

Hi, I am using the Venture theme and I was wondering how I can change the check out page so that my customers see the total savings for all the products they have added. For example, if he adds 5 different products id like it to say the total and the money saved. What code can I add and where?

original price $79.99 but are 50% off so when they check out it only says
$39.99. I would like it to include the total savings from the current 50%
off promotion and if they order any other products.
