How can I display Vendor Name at Cart/Checkout? Symmetry Theme

I am running a multi-brand store with 20+ vendors and growing. When customers add items to cart, checkout, and receive confirmation emails, I want to display the Vendor/Brand name in a line above or below the Product Title.

Would appreciate any help on how to code this! (For reference, I'm using the 'Symmetry' theme).

Yes I'd like to add the vendor/brand name on every page where the customer sees that product (cart, checkout, confirmation email). Where do I add that code please? Thanks in advance.

I don't have Shopify plus. Can i add those items to the cart page without Shopify plus? And how about the confirmation email?
