How do I add a button linking to another page in main image of Debut Theme?

Hello - I am wondering how I can add a round button with some text that links to another page on my site? I want to add the button somewhere on the main header image in the Debut theme.  Here is a picture of approximately where I would want to add a button. Thank you very much! I am a beginner with all this.

ANyone have ideas on how to do this?

@ubeniceto - if by default button is not availble then we will need to edit code to add the button, it can be done but will need some coding as it is not single line code,

I would like the image with text overlay section to have a small circular transparent button with white outline with white text that says "Got a note in the mail?"
