How do I modify my bulletpoints to look more appealing?

Hi! I watched a video where a guy modified his store to have colored check marks as opposed to regular black bullet points that are offered in the shopify product description text editor. May I ask how you would do this? I apologize if this question has been answered, but I could not find a single discussion about this. Thanks!

1. Go to Online Store->Theme->Edit code
2. Asset->/theme.css ->paste below code at the bottom of the file.
this code apply for after 5 - 6 second
