How do you change the font size of Packing Slip Shipping/Order name?

Hello! I am not versed with coding of any type, I get by with reading forums and guessing which goes will work. But I couldn't figure out the correct sequence or code to add or edit for my packing slip "SHIP TO" name.

I hope someone can help to to input the correct code sequence to make it into the format I want. Thank you!
