How do you put a horizontal filter menu in collections page?

Hello everyone, is there an app or something I can do to achieve this particular filter feature? I have Avone theme installed in my shop.  It shows at the very top of the page and below it shows the items that has been filtered out. Thanks in advance.

With custom code yes it's possible. I did same few days ago.
