The button colors can be defined in "Colors" section of the the theme settings. Depending on what theme you're using, you may or may not have a separate setting for the color of your cart page button. If not, you can define the color of the cart button using CSS in the theme.scss.liquid file. The checkout page button color can be defined in the "Checkout" section of the theme settings.

is there a way to change the text of the buttons on CHECKOUT? 

I mean the following buttons:

1 "Continue to shipping"

2 "Continue to payment"
