How to change main menu to all caps in header, but keep it lowercase in footer?

Hi!

I'm doing the last minor tweaks before going live with my shop, and I want to have my main menu both in the header as well as in the footer. 
In the header I want the categories to be in all caps, while in the footer I want the same categories to be lowercase with the first letter in uppercase.
