How to change my header background colour minimal theme

Hi everyone,

Bit stuck on this 1, if you visit my site;

Www.lookbeyondbeauty.co.uk the header logo is just on its own, i'd like to change the background just as a strip accross so that it blends in, but not the whole background page..

colour code is #FDF1F1

So just a band of colour matching the logo which goes between the top bar and the bottom of the logo if that makes sense?

1. Go to Online Store->Theme->Edit code
2. Asset->/timber.scss.liquid->paste below code at the bottom of the file.

.site-header {background: #FDF1F1;}
.site-nav__link {background-color: #FDF1F1;}

Its only changed the colour on the background of the navigation buttons unfortunately.. I want them to stay white but for the site header logo background colour to change

Inmanaged to do it myself in the end, I used 

H1.site.header__logo {background-color: #FDF1F1}
