How to change the price format – hide “cents”

Is it possible to change the price format – hide “cents”

For example:  $12.00  -> change to $12

You can change its format by following this

Go to setting->general-> currency section-> change {{amount}} to {{amount_no_decimals }} in first two box (with and without HTML box)

I have almost the same question, but the inverse.

I want to add the decimals to my pricing. At the moment it only shows if it's a number different than 00.

I want to be able to show .00. I changed on currency format and added the code €{{ amount }}. It helped change the format but it didn't add the decimals.
