How to delete (1) of the tab title?

Hi everyone,

I have been trying to get rid the (1) on the tab title of my store. I have attached the screen shot of it. 

I was able to change the logo and the description however the (1) doesn't go away at all. Please help!

Is the 1 not referring to your chat app. If you close that does it go away? Just a guess.

Hi @Alan15 , thank you so much I just tried it and it worked. I will keep it this way for now however is there any way to get rid of the (1) and still have the chat?

I think it's just notifying you that there is a chat message to read. Maybe there is a setting in the app to hide notifications? Not sure, try sending a message to the app creator.
