Hi @mouna1985,

Ted here from Shopify, thanks for reaching out to us!

This is a great question! I can see that this is not a Shopify made theme so our Support wouldn't be able to apply these changes. On saying that, I've found the code to change using Chrome's Inspect Element and you'll just need to edit your theme's code to hide that section. This is an example of how it should look. Always make sure to duplicate or back up your theme before making any coding changes to your store. You should be able to do so as shown in this guide

Here's what you will need to edit:

  • Please click Online Store and then Themes.
  • Next, click on Actions and select Edit Code as shown in this example.
  • After that, select the Sections file (as shown here) and click on product-template.liquid.
  • Now, you'll just need to locate the code below. Searching for the word "Guarantee" should make it easier and faster to find. If you are using a Windows computer, then pressing CTRL and F together should make the find or search bar appear.

                  <tr class="product-single__feature product-single__feature--with-image">
                    <th>Guarantee</th>
                    <td><img src="//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/2560/1012/files/product_guarantee.png?7516454658225735423">We offer a 1-year limited warranty and a 30-day money-back guarantee.</td>
                  </tr>
  • After you locate the code, you will need to enter a space above and below the code. Then you can add a comment tag, as mentioned in this guide. A comment tag will only hide the code and not fully delete it.  So it should look like the below. After that, click Save
<!--
<tr class="product-single__feature product-single__feature--with-image">
                    <th>Guarantee</th>
                    <td><img src="//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/2560/1012/files/product_guarantee.png?7516454658225735423">We offer a 1-year limited warranty and a 30-day money-back guarantee.</td>
                  </tr>
-->
  • Just as well, if you would like to undo any changes, you can go back to a previously saved theme file by selecting Older Versions as shown in my screenshot below.

If you are not comfortable making these changes, then an Expert or a service such as Carson will be able to help for a one time fee.

Please let me know how this goes!
