We currently have a page that displays shipping information and it has been created using the standard page template.

I would like to add a drop down field so that you can select your country and then see personalised information specific to your country. I also like the idea of having a contents page on the side so that you can quickly access the information you are looking for.
The page below is how Gymshark handles it (they use shopify plus) which I think is very good:

Does anyone know how this (or the basic features) of this page can be added. I can see the option to edit html in the page editor but I would think that I would need to add some programming such as javascript or liquid to get a working dropdown field and don't know where to begin adding this code.
I do have basic coding skills so am open to any suggestions. Many thanks in advance!
