How to display a header message without making the header bar larger

I'm really stuck here

This is the size I would like it to be:

Here's what it looks like with an announcement bar:

Here's what it looks like with a menu:

and a similar issue with changing the logo to be text. I've tried editing the liquid but I can't seem to find an answer to this particular question online. Please help

Sorry about that! Thought I disabled the password. The password is disabled now. I added back the "announcement bar" which skews the header

@Jarbles - announcement bar and header are completely different, to make it like you want, announcement bar needs to be a part of header but it will need some coding settings, through css its not possible

@suyash1 Like I said in my original comment the announcement bar was one of my failed strategies. All I want is a way to put text in the center of the header without making my header bar longer
