How to make message be sent automatically after subscribing to a newsletter?

Hello,

 I want customers to get 10% off code after subscribing to the newsletter, but I want it to be sent as soon as they subscribe. How may I set it up to be automatic?

How and where the code is to be changed for your store, will depend on your actual store theme (where the required changes will likely need to be done).
