How to move social icons to header - Minimal Theme

Hi - Id like to move my social icons to the header of my store, in the top announcement bar if possible, or right next to the "search" bar. Can someone advise how to easily do this? If I need to edit code, what is the code and where exactly do I put it? Thanks! www.simplyvelacandleco.com
