How to move social media icons in Footer and add to Header

Hi,

I hope someone could help me out as I've got 2 queries to solve.  

1 - I would like to move the Facebook and Instagram icons from the bottom right hand corner to underneath the 'Follow Us' section (see image below). How can I do this? 

2 - Could you tell me how I can add these social media icons to the top right hand corner within the header of my page?

I would really appreciate your help on this one.

I've just re-read my original post back and I need to change point 2 slightly, from top right hand corner to top left hand corner.

it's because it is password protected as I stated in my previous message.
