How to remove "Excluding tax and shipping" line on cart page?

I've set my shipping rates and taxes to zero. But the line still appears at any item added to cart.

How do I remove this line?

You can add this to the bottom of your theme.scss.liquid file:

p.cart-message.meta {
    display: none;
}

Can I bug you to help out with one more thing? Now that I've removed that line - the checkout buttons have moved up. Can I add a blank line or space under the "$85.00"?

I have the same problem, except when I go to edit code I don't have a page called "theme.scss.liquid" only one called "theme.css.liquid". Any idea how to update this?
