How to remove "collection titles" from only one collection list section?

I am using the Turbo theme and I would like to edit and make a horizontal menu with images using a collection list. But I want to edit how only one collection list section looks. 

So how do I remove the "Collection List" Title and the smaller "Collection titles" under each image?

I am currently editing a dupe theme right now and it is not currently on the live site. May I just have the code used to do it?
