How to upload image using properties object on product page?

Hello Experts, I am using supply theme.

I was trying to upload an image using properties object on product page but it is not uploading. 
I have added person name and message on product page and it is successfully added.

Can someone please help?

Firstly which image you want to upload & where it should be?

Hello @oscprofessional you can see an option to upload image below variants option.

You can choose the image there. The problem is,  there is a text field named 'person name' and 'message inside box' which are accepting the value but image is not uploading.
