1. Go to Online Store->Theme->Edit code
2. Asset->/theme.scss.liquid->paste below code at the bottom of the file.

thanks for taking the time to send that over! i tried applying it to the site and it changed the color of the cart number icon and not the cart itself

attached is the screen shot. trying to get the cart icon to white ,figured out the magnifying  glass and hamburger drop down but fo some reason the damn cart icon wont change lol
