Impulse theme - hero images

Hi All

I hope you are all well

I have installed the impulse theme for our store www.geminduztrie.com.au but we are having a massive issue with hero images on desktop and mobile. I have tried to use multiple re-sizing apps to fit our original photos into the recommended hero size images 16:9 ratio but so far It has been fruitless and I haven't been to design the head-photo properly(instead cut-off).

Would really appreciate any help with this
