I’ve got my store up and running and I am selling pet-related products, they are all being shipped from china. The only concern I have is if customers request a refund if they find out their orders come from china. The reason I believe this could possibly happen is that people immediately think products from China are cheap and they would see China products at a low perceived value. My question is should I be transparent with my customers and tell them my products come from China? Or is there a way to hide the origins of where the product came from? My shipping carrier is Yunexpress and their tracking page has Chinese writing on it and customers would know for sure it's coming from China.
