Issue when marking orders as fulfilled

As if that wasn't time consuming enough it looks like an update of some sort was done recently because a 'Paste' button has appeared next to where you put in tracking number (which does nothing) and now you can't search for the courier, you are forced to scroll down the entire list, whereas before if you typed the first letter of the courier at least it dropped down to that area, now we are wasting even more time having to scroll! Surely you should be making things easier for your retailers, we are all hard pressed for time and don't need time consuming nonsense

Why can't we just select which couriers we use and see them as the drop down instead of having to look through a huge list which is 98% irrelevant to most who only use 1 or 2 couriers!
