Jumpstart - Customization not Loading

Hi There,

 

When I go to our page, whether published or in drafts, the page is not fully loading, so I'm unable to edit it...it doesn't make sense.

I can see the load bar is not completing...

Has anyone experienced this, or can identify why this loading issue is occurring?

 

The Jumpstart theme is being used, and was recently Delisted in September...could this have something to do with it?

I recently followed up with you on another forum post here; however, I will also post my troubleshooting questions below as well. 

 

  1. Can you replicate this on a different device or different browser?
  2. Which browser are you currently using? 
  3. If you have an ad blocker enabled, does disabling it have any effect?
  4. If using Google Chrome, are you able to replicate the issue when using incognito mode?

We tried the different browsers (Firefox , Chrome, and Explore) with the
same result, unfortunately.

Let us know if there's other items we can take action on to resolve the
challenge!

Also, we have used another template, and are able to customer that one, so
it looks to be specific to the Jumpstart template that we have been using
up to this point.

It does sound like this may be coming from customizations made to the coding of the theme, though it is hard to say without looking at the theme directly. I've shipped you an email to verify the account so I can have this reviewed. If you're still facing troubles with this, then reply there, and we'll get the ball rolling.
