When I go to our page, whether published or in drafts, the page is not fully loading, so I'm unable to edit it...it doesn't make sense.
I can see the load bar is not completing...
Has anyone experienced this, or can identify why this loading issue is occuring?
I've attached the image below, to show how it seems to stop loading at this part after clicking "customize" from the home screen.

What browser are you using? Sometimes Shopify doesn't work on Internet Explorer or Microsoft Edge. Better use Chrome. And can you check in console, maybe it shows some kind of error?
Thanks for the reply. We have now tried to complete the same task in chrome (originally was firefox platform) but it still has this issue.
If there's other solutions that come to mind, we would appreciate the help. Right now we'll reach out to Shopify support, as this type of interface issue was the reason why we switched away from a previous provider.
