Hi All,
I have been searching the web for various solutions but can't find any. I want to decrease the bounce rate of my checkout page and found out that my logo doesn't show on the checkout page. If you take a look at the enclosed prt screen you will see what I mean.
I have tried big logo's, small logo's, .png .gif .jpeg. None resolve the issue. Even a banner with the logo in place, but this gives a pixelated result. Not so fancy.
Does anyone have a soluton for this?
Thanks in advance!
Have you tried adding a custom logo into the checkout settings as a possible quick fix?

@Jason Yes, I have tried different files and different sizes. I don't get why it doesn't work, I think there is something wrong in my coding but I can't find it. (I am a novice when it comes to coding)
Hi @Aaandacht,
Even I am facing the same issue and can't figure out how to solve it. Were you able to find a solution? If yes, please share it here!
Thank you.
rohitpatil, I was facing this same issue and finally found a solution. It seemed that the checkout page was trying to load an asset from the themes code area - this can be found under the assets folder when you go to edit your themes code. Our issue was that logo.png was not in the assets folder anymore for whatever reason. So all I had to do was save the logo that I wanted to use on the checkout as logo.png and dropped it in the assets folder in the themes edit code area.
