Looking for help - Heading/Title font affected by unknown.

Hi Community,

I thought I'd see if anyone here might be able to point me in the right direction in fixing this annoying issue I'm having with the main title font of my site being immune to any attempt at change through the main Shopify theme customization tool. My theme developer suggested an app left behind code that would need to be deleted, however I can't even remember how many "customization" apps I must have deleted, much less all of the names and who to reach app's support to reach out to. Below he did also state the following - I just don't know where that would be in the theme code files.

"

f you check the source code of your pages:

Around line 478 there is this code that has been added:

< style >@import url(" https://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Helvetica:100,200,300,400,500,600,700,800,900"); body input,body textarea,body button,body select {font-family: inherit;}html, body{color: #7A7A7A;font-family: "Helvetica" !important;font-size: 14px !important;}h1, h2, h3, h4, h5 {color: #1A1A1B;font-family: "Helvetica" !important ;}section.lh-wrapper.lh-aboutus-section .lh-content p {

That code is not part of the theme. And in bold you can find the css code that is forcing all titles (h1, h2, etc.) to have Helvetica."

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi @CameraGraphic

Yes this font are added by any app.

Just remove or comment by following this:

1. Go to Layout->theme.liquid file and find '<style>@import url' so on page you can see bellow code and juts remove or comment it.

</style><script>window.performance && window.performance.mark && window.performance.mark('shopify.content_for_header.end');</script>
<style>@import url("https://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Helvetica:100,200,300,400,500,600,700,800,900");body input,body textarea,body button,body select {font-family: inherit;}html, body{color: #7A7A7A;font-family: "Helvetica" !important;font-size: 14px !important;}h1, h2, h3, h4, h5 {/* color: #1A1A1B; *//* font-family: "Helvetica" !important; */}section.lh-wrapper.lh-aboutus-section .lh-content p {
    color: #fff !important;
}</style>

No, @KetanKumar, it was just the opposite. The typeface throughout my entire theme was set to three different sans serif fonts, yet somehow the font used for my headings and titles was changed to Helvetica, which is not part of my site's typeface.
