Looking to make a two column button with header section

Hey there! I am currently using the Impulse modern theme and am looking to make a section in our contact page similar to the one attached. Any tips on how to do so?

you could possibly use the grid system in page.contact.liquid, like 

<div class="grid grid--half-gutters">
            <div class="grid__item medium-up--one-half">
                 <div><label> Email Us </label></div>
                 <div><button >1</button></div>
            </div>
            <div class="grid__item medium-up--one-half">
                 <div><label> Call Us </label></div>
                 <div><button >2</button></div>
            </div>
</div>

 just a POC, you will need to add the css to make it nicer.
