Make image full width in Showcase theme

Hi there! I'm trying to add an additional page to my site (www.harperthelabel.com) using the Showcase theme. I'd love to have a full-width banner like this site:

Here's the page I'm working on. I'm using the WSIWYG editor to tweak it, and am not totally sure how to add HTML into it to make the image full width. I've tried classifying the size as 2048x2048, but the image still doesn't use the full page.

Additionally, does anyone know how to use tables in WSIWYG and make the lines disappear? I tried to use it to make a two-column design but the lines around the cells were visible.

Any tips would be appreciated!
