Menu Bar (spacing and font size on Dropdowns) - help please!

Hi all, 

I'm trying to get my menu looking a little snazzier. I am migrating from Bigcommerce to shopify and trying to keep the feel of my store wherever possible. I've managed to adjust the entire menu size but can't find where the code is to change just the size of the Dropdown menu font. I also can't work out how to space the menu items either evenly, or have the shop over to the left and the other items right aligned (as in bigcommerce). 

This is what I'm trying to achieve (old store) - the shop is to the left, other items to the right and dropdown menu is smaller font size.

To Achive similar ..You have to create separate menu for shop and combine theme on header.liquid file
