Minimal Theme - Move mobile search bar underneath the header

I would like to move the search bar on mobile to underneath the header or at the very least to the top of the three line menu. Right now on mobile, you have to click the menu and then the search bar is all the way at the bottom of the drop down. My url is www.shopmelodis.com
