Minimal theme - Footer alignment for Mobile

Hey all!  I've been tinkering a bit with the Minimal theme, one thing that I'm a bit stumped by is how to add the CSS necessary to have it so that the menus aren't all in one column, and rather are aligned to the left.

I've gotten close I think - see my example from gsbsteststore.myshopify.com:

The non-Title elements look to be behaving, however I can't seem to get the same changes to apply to the Titles.  The end product I'm looking for is to have the two Menus columned separately, side-by-side, so as to reduce the amount of space the Footer is taking overall.

The code to have the other content move left is as follows, for reference:

.site-footer {
  p,
  li,
  .rte,
  input {
    font-size: 0.85em;
    margin-left: 0px;
    text-align: left;
    horizontal-align: left;
  }
}

Any insight on what I would need to add or change for it to also apply to the Title elements?  Thanks in advance!
