Minimal theme store design

Hi all,

I'm using Minimal theme for my store. The lowest font size I can select for Heading are too big. How do I go about changing the range of font sizes used for these Heading settings? Also I don't want Bold font anywhere, please help! Thanks in advance!

Still have the same problem but changed theme to Debut, would you be able to help me out to get all fonts the same size, smallest possible. Preferably 12
