Missing header on all pages except home page

The header is only showing up on the home page http://solshine.com.br 

All the other pages have a transparent header.

Please help!

Please add the following code at the bottom of your assets/theme.scss.liquid file.

.header-wrapper--over-hero{
background-color: #000 !important;
}
