Mobile Password Page Blank

I recently changed my password page image to a custom image which is just a black background. When I try to access my password page now on mobile none of the text shows except the header. My background and header are also different colors then what they should be on mobile. When on admin view editing themes everything is fine, correct colors and correct text.

I'm having this exact same problem right now. My page is www.banditrun.club ... The password page looks fine on desktop, but on mobile it's mostly blank.
