Modifying header VENTURE THEME

Hi there, im working on header section VENTURE THEME, and im so close to get what i want, but i have some problem with size of subsections inside header. 

i want to expand that dynamic menu like before all edits, just default standard in VENTURE THEME, and center a little bit the nav.

Every file is needed, please tell me what do you need and i will send by pm!
