Modular theme, can I change the "Collection List" section on home page to link to a page rather than

My goal is have a two panel area with images and text that link to pages.

The closest I can get is to use the "Collection List" section on home page, but that "section" can only link to collections.

Is there a way to change this or some other way to achieve this?

I linked to new categories with nothing in them, then set the category with a URL redirect to the page.
